Brinton has been getting more and more independent. It's been about a month since this happened, but I think I'll try to catch up a little with the blogging. Brinton was gone and it was quiet - not a good sign.
Steve found him in the kitchen trying to get himself some strawberry milk. He got out the powder and dropped it on accident. Then, he found that the powder is similar to sand and started playing in it. He was worried at first when he got caught. After he realized we were taking pictures of him, he just got right back into the playing. We have since moved to the strawberry syrup that stays in the fridge (higher than he can reach). It mixes better anyway and I guess it's good that he's finding some indoor fun since it is so blasted cold all the time.

Man, you guys seem so calm about messes your kids make! Or maybe it's just that it's been a month. :) I'm glad you're blogging again. It's been a while.
Wow that is too funny! I need to be more like you and not get upset if that happened at my house, i probably, ok not probably, i definately would freak out! ha ha
Don't you just love toddlers!! That is too funny!! Probably a pain to clean up I am sure!
I'm just glad (for your sake) that it was on the tile and not the carpet! Lydie would have a blast with all that powder! I'm impressed that you took pictures. I'd be too busy being upset. :)
Oh why does this mess seem so familiar?! I think every single one of our kids has made that same mess in our kitchen and it takes forever to clean up! sadly, I did not find it so amusing as to take pictures! Good thing he's so cute!
