• He weighs just under 12 pounds, which is barely under the 4th percentile.


• He is only a little over 23 inches long, which puts him in the 2.5th percentile. (Maybe he is going to be short like his mom.)

Conley still isn't rolling over, and hasn't been interested in it at all. He smiles all the time and is starting to laugh more consistently (which is so adorable). He loves to be in his swing or under his play gym so he can look at the lights and hear music. Just within this week, he has shown more interest in toys and I think he's thinking about how he can get his hand to hold them on his own. If I put a rattle in his hand, he'll shake it and stare at it for quite a while. I know compared to average, he's small. However, he's getting some chub and seems big to me (especially since Zander was an even smaller baby). We love him so much and can't imaging our lives without him.

A little over a week ago, Steve and I got to go to a fun birthday party for Katie.It was a murder mystery party themed around the TV series, The Office. We had a lot of fun and in the end, none of us actually guessed the right person as the murderer.I just wanted to post the pictures of us all trying to be the characters, I think most of the outfits worked really well. Anyway, it was a lot of fun, and a great surprise for Katie!

It has been one of those days. I was planning to put Brinton and Zander to bed a little early. Unfortunately, Brinton ran to look at the clock and he knew it wasn't really his bedtime.He really wanted to show me that it wasn't time for bed yet, so I sidetracked him for a second and seriously ran to the kitchen. Slyly, I moved the clock forward by a half hour. When he got there to show me, I had already fooled him. It's really funny to me, but I know it wasn't very nice. Hopefully he won't be too confused about thirty minutes passing in seconds.

The other day, we got out our Guitar Hero stuff and played for a little while. I used to be good. I used to be able to play any song on hard and many songs on expert. It's been a long time. I think I've officially gone down a level. Katie, we're going to have to start playing over the Internet again because I'm sure you can school me right now.Anytime we play the Wii, Brinton and Zander have so much fun. We don't play very often, so it's kind of a treat for the boys. They love to rock out with Dad. We are so lucky to have so many fun things to do, even at home :) I just need to get better again (*sigh*).

Much to my dismay, Zander has learned how to climb up the ladder on the bunk bed. It is completely vertical, so I was hoping that he wouldn't figure it out yet. And it is completely attached. I can't just take it off because it is part of the structure of the bed.I can't believe he is getting so big. While I love how happy and pleased with himself he gets every time he ends up on the top bunk, I do not enjoy getting him down multiple times when the boys are supposed to be going to sleep. The first night he figured it out, we were in there six times getting him down. It's a good thing he's such a cute little stink!

And doesn't it look good? I laugh at this picture of Brinton and Zander in their cheap 3D glasses that came with a movie. They kept them on for quite a while although I looked later and I think they can barely see through them because their eyes are closer together than the glasses lenses. Don't they know that little kids are going to watch these movies?! Anyway, we are excited for Toy Story in 3D and I am hoping to take Brinton. He has to practice with these glasses beforehand so I know he will wear them for the movie. I would hate for it to be a waste :) I don't think he really knows any difference in 3D, but I really enjoy 3D movies. Steve's sort of a Scrooge about them because he only has one good eye and he doesn't see the 3D effects like I do. I am glad he will still take me to 3D movies because I like them. We don't look quite as ridiculous in our glasses at the theatres as these boys do, but pretty close. So stylish!

I just got Conley's pictures back from a two month shoot that included a picture in his blessing outfit. All three of my boys have had the same outfit for their blessing, a cute little white tuxedo. I have tried to get a similar picture of each of them around the same time. People ask me all the time who Conley looks like and I am terrible at that guessing game. I don't know how to see our features in the kids, it just doesn't work for me.Now you can all decide for yourselves, tell me what you think. The order is (from left to right) Brinton, Zander, Conley. Sometimes I think Conley looks like Zander and sometimes I think he looks like Brinton. Most of the time though, I just think he is completely different from both of them. I guess that's what happens when there are millions of possibilities for our genes to make. No matter who he looks like (or doesn't) I still think he is so cute and just love him so much. By the way, Conley laughed for the first time just a couple days ago. Loving it!
