We had a lot of fun things to do for Halloween this year.
Brinton was so excited to wear his costume to school one day and was lucky enough to have a Halloween party at a friend, Kale's, that evening. We went to our ward party with a chili cook-off and trunk-or-treat that ended up moving inside half way through because it was raining so hard. We got pretty wet in only a few minutes! At the end of the day, we went to Grandpa and Nana Bishop's to show off costumes and get some super cool treat bags. The kids were all animals this year. Brinton was a lion, Zander was a monkey, and Conley was a chicken. I was glad their costumes were so warm because it was freezing. Halloween was on a Sunday, so we technically celebrated the day before. By the end of the evening, we were done with Halloween. Steve and I got home and cleaned all of our outdoor decorations up by 10:30 on the 30th :) We bought too much candy to begin with and the kids got tons at the trunk-or-treat. I'm pretty sure we are going to end up throwing a lot of it away. Let me know if you need some sweets.
