It has been one of those days. I was planning to put Brinton and Zander to bed a little early. Unfortunately, Brinton ran to look at the clock and he knew it wasn't really his bedtime.
He really wanted to show me that it wasn't time for bed yet, so I sidetracked him for a second and seriously ran to the kitchen. Slyly, I moved the clock forward by a half hour. When he got there to show me, I had already fooled him. It's really funny to me, but I know it wasn't very nice. Hopefully he won't be too confused about thirty minutes passing in seconds.

That made me laugh!! I think we have all had moments like that. I think that is so impressive that he can read a clock and know that it is not bedtime yet.
Hope you are doing well. Love ya!
That kid is too smart for his own good! But a mom's gotta do what a mom's gotta do. My kids are always in bed by 6:30 at the latest but it's been harder lately because "it's not night time outside" yet. They'll get used to going to bed in broad daylight, I'm sure!
