For the 4th of July, we had a lot of fun. We celebrated at Grandpa and Nana Bishop's house. Everyone went over on the 3rd.
The kids loved to play in the backyard, as they always do . . . but how many people are you actually supposed to fit on a merry-go-round this size?On top of the normal fun they have in the backyard, there was a bounce house there for the kids to play in. Despite Brinton teething and being a boober, he had a lot of fun with the cousins "jumpee" (jumping).
We all had a dinner together and played some more. When it was dark, we watched Bee Movie outside using a projector and a big screen. We sat on the hill in their backyard and I was surprised at how well Brinton did. The movie wasn't over until midnight and yet he was awake and nice through the whole thing. Zander did good, too. He likes to be held, so he enjoyed sitting with me (after I made him pose for the camera with Brinton).

After the movie, we all slept in tents out in the backyard. It turned out pretty well. Brinton went to bed just fine and Zander and I shared a sleeping bag. In the morning, Brinton was excited to play in the yard right when he woke up. Then, he helped Steve clean up camp.
After breakfast and some more playing, it was warm enough for water time. All the kids absolutely loved playing in the water. We had such a fun time . . . thanks Mom and Dad :)

It was a lot of fun. My kids can't wait to do it again. (I'm steal a picture or two from this by the way!)
